Directions to our office

We are in MDDA Complex, right beside Ghanta Ghar (the Clock Tower) at the lower end of Rajpur Road. Ghanta Ghar is the best-known landmark in Dehradun, so any auto, e-rickshaw or cab driver will know it. Paltan Bazaar starts just across the chowk, which makes it easy to combine a visit with errands in the market.

  • From Dehradun railway station: approx. 2 km — a short auto or e-rickshaw ride, depending on traffic.
  • From ISBT Dehradun: approx. 6 km towards the city centre by city bus, auto or cab.
  • From Rajpur Road / Dilaram Chowk: head south towards Ghanta Ghar; MDDA Complex is at the chowk.

Parking around Ghanta Ghar can be busy, especially in the evening, so public transport or a short walk from nearby parking is often quicker. If you are coming from Delhi NCR or elsewhere and prefer not to travel, a WhatsApp message is enough to set up a phone or video call. Do I need an appointment to visit?

Walk-ins are welcome during office hours (Mon – Sat, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM). If you message us on WhatsApp first, we can make sure the right person is free and that you bring the documents you need.

What should I bring for a first meeting?

Nothing is required for a first conversation. If you decide to invest, KYC usually needs your PAN, Aadhaar (or another address proof), a cancelled cheque or bank details, and a photo. Please do not send PAN, Aadhaar or bank details through the website form.

I live in Delhi NCR or elsewhere in Uttarakhand. Can you still help?

Yes. KYC and mutual fund investments can be completed online, and we are happy to talk on phone, video call or WhatsApp. Many of our investors never need to visit Dehradun.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. As a Mutual Fund Distributor we do not charge you a fee; we receive commission from fund houses on Regular Plans, which we disclose on request. Read more about us.
